1. Order & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. For all orders placed before 11:00 AM EST, processing occurs on the same business day. Orders placed after this cut--off time or during weekends will be initiated on the following business day.

What shipping methods do you use and how much does it cost?

We utilize reliable logistics partners to ensure secure delivery. A standardized flat shipping rate of $16 USD is applied to all orders.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Transit times within the United States typically range from 4–6 business days. When including the necessary handling time, the total estimated delivery window is 5–8 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address, allowing you to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.

2. Returns & Refunds

How long do I have to return a product?

Return requests must be formally initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Which items are eligible for return?

To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused condition, containing all original packaging and accessories. This policy applies to all jewelry, footwear, and handbag categories. Items that show signs of use or lack original packaging may not be eligible for processing.

How do I initiate a return?

Please contact our support department at admin@grimegrace.shop. Ensure you include your order number and the specific reason for the return request to receive further instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days after our facility has received and successfully inspected the returned merchandise.
