• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
• Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened perfumes and certain jewelry items are non-returnable.
• Customized or personalized luxury items are final sale.

The Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

• Once authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
• Pack the item securely to prevent damage; we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

• Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If the item is returned in a non-original condition, a partial refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Items
