14-Day Return Window

At GrimeGrace, we maintain a 14-day return window. Customers may initiate a return request within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To maintain eligibility, items must be in their original delivered condition, unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Restocking Fee: We do not assess any restocking fees for eligible returns or exchanges. Customers can shop with the assurance of receiving full value for their returned items (excluding original shipping costs).

Return Shipping & Labels

Customer Responsibility (Change of Mind)

If a return is initiated due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong item selected), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In such cases, customers must procure a trackable shipping label from their preferred carrier.

Our Responsibility (Damaged or Defective)

If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, GrimeGrace will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost to the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these structured steps to ensure a valid return:

  1. Contact our support team at admin@grimegrace.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Upon approval, you will receive specific instructions and the designated return address.
  3. All returns must be dispatched via a trackable mailing service to ensure documented delivery.

Damages & Discrepancies

Please inspect your consignment immediately upon arrival. Claims for damaged or incorrect items (Jewelry, Footwear, or Handbags) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographic evidence to facilitate an expedited resolution.

Refund Processing

Upon receipt and successful inspection of the returned merchandise, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days. All transactions and refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD).

Exclusions

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Clearance items, sale items, and digital gift cards.
