Order Processing

At GrimeGrace, we strive to get your luxury items to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Transit Times

Estimated delivery times start from the date of shipment:

  • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days.
  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer flat-rate or weight-based shipping depending on your location. Keep an eye out for our periodic free shipping promotions for orders over a certain value.

Shipment Tracking

Transparency is key. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Damages & Lost Packages

GrimeGrace is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipment carrier.
