Address Accuracy & Modifications
Customers are responsible for providing complete and precise delivery information. Address modifications must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Once processing is finalized and the package is in the custody of the carrier, modifications are no longer feasible.
Note: Consignments returned due to incorrect contact or address details provided by the customer will incur return shipping costs, which remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
